Introducing YELA: A Launchpad for the Next Generation of Leaders

At Creative Nonprofit Business Consultants (CB Consultants), we’ve spent years helping founders and organizations launch their visions. Now, we’re expanding that mission to the next generation.

We're proud to introduce YELA — the Youth Entrepreneurship & Leadership Academy, a powerful 6-week summer program designed for teens ages 13–19 who are ready to think bigger, lead stronger, and build smarter.

YELA isn’t your average teen program. This is real-world business and leadership training taught by experienced entrepreneurs, coaches, and professionals who know what it takes to thrive. From business idea generation and branding to marketing and public speaking,

YELA students will walk away with the tools—and the confidence—to start their own business and lead with purpose.

And this is just the beginning.

Graduates will pitch their business ideas to a panel of real professionals and may be invited to Phase 2, where they’ll receive support for LLC formation and business launch.
